Andrea calls the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Item I: Call to Order and New Business
- A member is being told by Michele Jarvis that they can’t move to next column even with all paperwork completed by the February 1st deadline due to negotiations in process
- Email communication will be sent to Andrea and she will handle this
- Treasurer on the PR&O grant was not fulfilled from last year since the receipts were not sent for reimbursement
